Merchandise may NOT be returned without an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number.)
- To request an RMA Number, login to your account on your website in the 'My Account' section. In the 'Track Your Recent Orders' section, click on the 'View Details' link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA. Once in the order, click on the "Add New RMA" button.
Claims for shortages, incorrectly filled orders, and defective items must be filed with Customer Service within 3 days of receipt of hardware.
Items returned because of a manufacturer defect or shipping mistake will only be replaced with an identical item of original style/size/finish etc.
Our hardware is custom made per order and returns are subject to the manufacturer's restocking fee below:

- Original shipping charges are not refundable.
All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, must not have been installed, must include all manuals and unmarked warranty cards, and must be returned in original packaging.
No credit will be issued for items in non-resalable condition.
No credit will be issued for items damaged because of incorrect packing of return shipment to our location.
All returns must be received by Home Hardware 4 Less within 30 days after an RMA Number is assigned.
After we receive your returned product, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
- All sales are final after 30 days.
Cancelling or Changing an Open Order:
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the order has not been shipped by the manufacturer or Home Hardware 4 Less. When your order has been shipped by the manufacturer or Home Hardware 4 Less, our Return Policy above goes into effect. Because most of our products are custom made to order, we are often unable to cancel or change orders after they are in process.
