RMA Request Form

  • PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON DELIVERY
  • Merchandise may NOT be returned without an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization Number)
  • Claims for shortages, incorrectly filled orders, and defective items must be filed with Customer Service within 3 days of receipt of hardware.
  • Items returned because of a manufacturer defect or shipping mistake will only be replaced with an identical item of original style/size/finish etc.
  • All returns are subject to a restocking fee and return freight costs.
  • Manufacturer restocking fee charges are listed below:
    • Emtek Hardware = assembled per order and subject to a 25% restocking fee
    • Fusion Hardware = assembled per order and subject to a 25% restocking fee
    • Nostalgic Warehouse = assembled per order and subject to a 25% restocking fee
    • Schaub & Company = assembled per order and subject to a 25% restocking fee
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, must not have been installed, must include all manuals and unmarked warranty cards, and must be returned in original packaging.
  • No credit will be issued for items in non-resellable condition.
  • No credit will be issued for items damaged because of incorrect packing of return shipment to our location.
  • All returns must be received by Home Hardware 4 Less within 2 weeks after an RMA Number is assigned.
  • After we receive your returned product, please allow approximately 1 week for your return to be processed. All sales are final after 30 days.
